Hipstern bland hantverksölbryggarna är helt klart Benedikt von BlechBrut: Med en keps på huvudet, trendiga etikettdesigner och snygg i burken, är BlechBrut på fleek. Redan från början bryggde Bamberg Gypsy Brewery sin öl i de heliga salarna på det traditionella Camba-bryggeriet i Gundelfinden. Ändå sticker BlechBrut ut ganska tydligt från vad hyrbryggeriet producerar. Blotta risken att sälja öl på burk igen är ett unikt försäljningsargument i tider då burkar är mer synonymt med billig öl än med stor njutning. Blechbrut motverkar detta rykte med minimalistiska etiketter, kreativa namn och utmärkta öl.

Frisk vind i kitteln
Blech.Brut är engagerad i att ge ny impuls till den dammiga öltraditionen. Den månghundraåriga bryggeriverksamheten behöver unga ansikten för att föra öl in i det nya millenniet och in i sinnena (eller magarna) hos nya ölkonsumenter. Benedikts ambition är att vidga de frankiska öldrickarnas vyer, ge dem en titt bortom sin egen näsa och att bredda sin uppfattning om öl. Internationell stil
Benedikt Steger, huvudet och kroppen bakom märket Blechbrut, bestämde sig efter några provterminer på olika utbildningar och en inblick i allvaret i att försörja sig för att försörja sig, att göra sin passion för öl officiell.
